2. The direction given by this Court has been complied with. Final report has been filed. It is stated that cognizance is yet to be taken because some defects have been pointed out.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor assures before this Court the said defects will be rectified as expeditiously as possible. Direction is given to Judicial Magistrate, Thottiyam to take a call in the matter within a period of four weeks.

4.The Contempt Petition stands closed.
