This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.03 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioners are concerned. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed, final report has been filed as "further action dropped" before the Judicial Magistrate concerned, on 01.07.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
