Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SUBASH BABU, Senior Counsel for Mr.C.SUSI KUMAR, 1/3
Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- While passing the order, dated 09.03.2023, this Court directed the respondents to complete the process of investigation and file the Final Report within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
2. Seeking modification in the above said order, this petition has been filed, on the ground that no specific respondent has been mentioned, while making direction in the above said order.
3. It must be understood that before whom the above said First Information Report is pending, the above said direction is issued to him only. It is for the respondents to make enquiry with this Court, regarding direction. But instead of that this petition has been filed, seeking modification.
4. But however the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that by the order of DIG, Dindigul, the above said investigation was transferred to Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Dindigul.
5. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the above said order. There is no question of modification now.
6. With the above said observation and liberty, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
