ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd respondent based on the complaint given by the third respondent harassing them.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a matrimonial dispute between the 3rd respondent and the petitioner's sister, who are the husband and wife. The grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent frequent phone calls have been made upon him to produce his sister, who is now employed in Salem.

4.Let the enquiry upon the complaint be closed by directing the third respondent to approach the civil Court for appropriate remedy. 2/4

5.With the above said direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
