ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.2 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a referred charge sheet was filed as 'further action dropped' before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. The copy of the referred charge sheet and also the RCS notice was produced before the Court.

3.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. If the second respondent is aggrieved by the closure of the case, it is left open to the second respondent to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
