The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to take action based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.06.2022 in C.S.R.No.132 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent for enquiry. 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the complaint has been received on 27.06.2022 and C.S.R.No.132 of 2022 has been assigned. Hence, he seeks time to complete the enquiry. 4.Recording the same, the respondent police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry in the matter and take suitable action on merits in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
