For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.159/2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners are facing charges under Sections 147, 341 and 353 IPC in Crime No.159 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.It is noted that there was temple festival celebration issue between the two groups of people and these petitioners alleged to have caused trouble by violating the order that has been passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.10350 of 2022. So, the petitioners were directed to file an undertaking affidavit to the effect that they will comply the aforesaid order.

CRL OP(MD). No.12128 of 2022 3.In pursuance of the aforesaid direction, this petitioners have filed an undertaking affidavit. On the basis of the same, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. If any violation is noticed and if any new case is registered against the petitioners, then the anticipatory bail that has been granted by this Court in this petition will stand automatically cancelled without further reference to this Court.

5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
