Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 6 and 7 is dispensed with.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made it clear that he will be satisfied if the petition mentioned representation is directed to be considered. The petitioner makes it clear that he does not want to pursue the second part of the writ prayer as regards taking disciplinary action against the jurisdictional Tahsildar. 3.This submission made by the petitioner is placed on record. The petitioner seeks FMB correction. He has given a representation dated 03.04.2024 to the fourth respondent. Copy of the same has been enclosed in the typed set of papers.
4.The fourth respondent is directed to consider the same and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other. The fourth respondent shall put the interested persons including the private respondents on notice before passing the final order. 3/5
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
