ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.912 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel between the parties, due to which, the petitioner along with other accused abused the de-facto complainant in filthy language and attacked him with hands and aruval and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent police that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and however, the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.9753 of 2023 petitioner is having eight previous cases. Therefore, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case. 4.Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
