RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for 15 days to the petitioner in the order passed in Crl.OP(MD)No. 14809/2018 dated 11.10.2018 for surrender before the concern Magistrate Court, in Crime NO. 01/2016 on the file of the respondent.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14809 of 2018 on 11.10.2018 for surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks extension of time to produce the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. The petitioners ought to have executed sureties with in a period of the 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.In view of the same, time granted by this Court to comply with the directions imposed vide order dated 11.10.2018 in Crl.O.P.
