*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition, on an apprehension that she would be evicted summarily, without issuing notice.

2. Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the Forest Department is in the process of surveying the land and in case, the petitioner is found to be an encroacher, notice would be given to her.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above observation. No costs.
