... Respondents/Respondents PRAYER : This Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to commit and punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.9548 of 2018 dated 13.06.2018.

PRAYER in W.P(MD) No.9548 of 2018: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Ref: Tha.Aa.Po.Ka/Tiru/Sattam-1/10351/2016 dated 21.10.2016, quash the same in so far as denying family pension to the petitioner and consequently, directing the respondents to settle terminal benefits of her deceased husband Late.V.Thangaraj to the petitioner including terminal leave salary, Employees Social Protection Scheme amount and Refund of her husband's contribution towards Medical, Engineering, Polytechnic Colleges and Institute of Road Transport and Family Pension payable from 26.10.2009 with arrears and all other attendant benefits with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of death of the petitioner's husband i.e., from 26.10.2009 to till the date on which the above amounts are settled to her. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
