ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after enquiry, an F.I.R in Crime No.15 of 2023 has been registered against this petitioner on yesterday (ie.27.06.2023). Hence, there is no question of harassment.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through proper forum.
