Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners were arrested in Crime No.247 of 2020, registered on the file of the respondent, for the offence under Section 506(i) of IPC. They were granted station bail on condition that they have to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00am. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the aforesaid condition.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.11676 of 2020 3.It is seen that one of the petitioners is a minor. Adhering to the condition imposed on the petitioners is not going to serve any purpose for proceeding the prosecution case. Hence, the condition is relaxed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
