Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 365, 342, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute, on 01.06.2024, the petitioner along with other accused has abused the defacto complainant using filthy language, attacked him using hands and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the case.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner is having six previous cases in his credit, which are as follows:
"Crime Nos.07/2022, 197/2020, 63/2016, 564/2014, 87/2024 and 49/2021, pending before Allinagaram Police Station. Crime No.499/2023 pending before P.C.Patty Police Station. Crime No.108/2023, pending before Theni Police Station." 2/3
5. Considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
