This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the Respondents to ensure that the order of the District Collector, Pudukkottai District in Na.Ka.No.702/2015/J4 dated 07.05.2015 is implemented in strict senso by functioning the TASMAC Shop No.6706 at Patta No.2507, Survey No.8/9A1B, Door No.1297/B, Manamelkudi, Pudukkottai District with sufficient police Protection.

3. The case of the petitioner is that though he was permitted to open and run the TASMAC Shop No.6706 at Patta No.2507,
Survey No.8/9A1B, Door No.1297/B, Manamelkudi, Pudukkottai District by the first respondent, pursuant to the threat met out by the petitioner at the hands of some persons, he was unable to even open the said Shop. Therefore, he has submitted a representation dated 31.08.2017 to the respondents for providing suitable protection to the petitioner, in order to open the TASMAC shop, which was permitted to be run by the petitioner. Since there was no action taken on the representation, he is before this Court.
4. On perusal of the typeset of papers, it is seen that the petitioner has not annexed any postal receipt or acknowledgment in proof of his representation being sent. Hence, the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the representation dated 31.08.2017 along with a copy of this order to the authorities concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the same shall be considered and necessary orders passed thereon within a period of four weeks thereafter.
5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
