ORDER

The facts in brief is that R.C.O.P.No.5 of 2009 was initiated by the respondent herein against the revision petitioner for eviction. That was decreed. Against which, the appeal was proposed to be filed by the revision petitioner. There is a delay of 2606 days in preferring the appeal 1/4

and to condone the delay he filed I.A.No. 2 of 2019 before the appellate Court. That came to be dismissed by the appellate Court by the impugned order. Against which this Civil Revision Petition is preferred.

2. As per the order dated 11.12.2024, the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the respondent on or before 08.01.2025.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today(29.01.2025), it is submitted that the cost was paid and the order of this Court has been complied.

4. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the order made in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in U.F.R.C.A.No.-- of 2019 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi, is set aside. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
