PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.167 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.10.2022 for the offence under sections 454, 380 and 302 IPC and later, section 114 IPC is inserted, in Crime No.167 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 18.07.2022, at about 02.30 pm., the defacto complainant received a phone call from his nephew and stated that his parents were found unconscious and lying in a pool of blood in their house. Immediately, the defacto complainant went to their house and found that his sister and sister's husband had been murdered and jewels had also been stolen. Hence, the defacto complainant preferred the present complaint. During investigation, it revealed that the accused persons committed double murder for gain.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. 4.It is seen that there are totally two accused in this case and the petitioner herein is arrayed as A1. Both of them are husband and wife. They used to borrow money from the deceased. While the deceased asked to repay the amount, they brutally murdered the deceased and looted away the jewels and cash from the locker. 5.It is also seen that DNA test also matched with finger print of the accused persons. The second accused was released on bail, only on the ground that she is lady. Now the matter is pending for committal. The petitioner is committed very serious and heinies offence as against two deceased and as such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
