O RDER This petition is filed seeking transfer of the investigation in respect of the complaint dated 25.05.2023 given by the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have registered the complaint dated 25.05.2023 and CSR number was given as 403 of 2023 and issued summons.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this morning the petitioner has received notice in respect of the complaint given by him asking him to appear on 08.07.2023.

4.Since the investigation has already been commenced, this Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to approach this Court, in case if he gets any grievance after the completion of the investigation.
