Pleased to set aside the Judgment and decree dated 06.10.2017 in A.S.No.98 of 2010 on the file of Hon'ble Additional Sub Judge, Dindigul confirming the Judgment and decree dated 13.08.2010 in O.S.No.30 of 2006 on the file of Hon'ble District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham by allowing this Appeal. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 600 days in representing the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the Petition, the delay of 600 days in representing the above appeal is condoned on condition that the petitioners, pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) as cost, to the credit of the High Court Legal Services Committee, Madurai, on or before 08.12.2020, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
