This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to provide employment for the petitioner for the death of his father.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous, as the representation submitted by the petitioner has already been considered and an appointment was made vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.608/2025, dated 18.02.2025.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
