ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 318(4) of BNS,2023, in Crime No. Not Known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner failed to repay the amount paid by the de facto complainant in 2016, and despite demands for repayment, the petitioner refused to return the amount. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount borrowed by the petitioner from the defacto complainant was repaid to the brother of the defacto complainant. However, by suppressing this fact, a false complaint has been foisted against the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that a complaint has been received against the petitioner alleging job racketeering.

5. The petition does not contain the name of the defacto complainant or any material particulars regarding the allegations. Since the name of the defacto complainant has not been mentioned in the petition, I am not inclined to entertain it. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with the necessary particulars.
