Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in connection with the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Ref.no.5189/E1/4/2020 dt 20.3.2020 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent, without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents to promote the petitioner in the post of Professor of Pharmacology with effect from the date of promotion given to her batchmates and juniors with all monetary and service benefits within a time stipulated by this Court.
