PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.30 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 403, 409, 477A, 420, 202, 204 and 120(b) IPC, in Crime No.30 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was the branch in-charge of Christ and King benefit find at Kannumamoodu. The petitioner in collusion with the Manager of the head office, misappropriated the funds. That the said act of the petitioner was found during the audit. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any such offences as alleged by the prosecution.

4. On 20.09.2023 the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is ready to deposit the amount that was ordered to be deposited by this Court. Now, he would submit that the deposit has made and voucher is also produced and the same is also accepted by the defacto complainant.

5. In view of the above said development and since the above said trial is pending before the concerned trial Court, let the petitioner appear before the 2/4

concerned trial Court and execute bond under Section 88 of Cr.P.C. to the satisfaction and as required by the trial Court.
