For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.208 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/first accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 229(A) IPC, in Crime No.208 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner alleged to have involved in Crime No.55 of 2023 on the file of Thuvarankurichi Police Station for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323 and 307 IPC r/w Section 25(1A) of Arms Act and in that case, anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1216 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Trichy dated 17.03.2023 by imposing certain conditions. Thereafter, the petitioner had executed the surety before the concerned Court, but since he failed to comply with the condition, the present FIR came to be registered. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that 11 previous cases are pending against the petitioner.
4. This Court had already dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner on 10.05.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8744 of 2023. Further even after the dismissal of the earlier petition there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition and also taking into consideration the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
