ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming upon for hearing on this day under the caption "EXTENSION OF TIME" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 19/11/2018, and upon Perusing the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar dated: 17.07.2025 vide D.No.730,

seeking further time of one month extension to dispose the case in C.C.No.14 of 2011, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of time'' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.14 of 2011 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar .

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, has sent a letter in D.No.730/2025 dated 17.07.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.14 of 2011, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 19.11.2018.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.14 of 2011 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
