This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Respondents for their willful disobedience of the order dated 03.01.2024, passed by this Court in WP(MD). No.24 of 2024.
2. Heard, the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. This Court by an order dated 03.01.2024, directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. In response to the same, the respondents considered the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2023 and rejected the petitioner's claim. 4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
