ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate order to transfer the investigation of Cr.No.190/2024 dated 01.05.2024 case on the file of the third respondent to some other investigation officer.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the Special Court for SC/ST Trial of Cases, Sivagangai, in Spl.S.C.No.54 of 2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, by filing a petition seeking further investigation under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C., / 193

(9) BNSS, 2023, if not satisfied by the manner in which final report is filed.
