This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai to expedite the trial in CC No.469 of 2022 and to complete the trial within a stipulated time.
2. The case of the prosecution is that accused persons have received money from the petitioner for getting a Government Job. However, the accused persons had cheated the petitioner without getting a job nor they returned the money. Hence, the case.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that one of the accused is missing and the other accused is absconding. Non-bailable Warrant was issued against the accused and the warrant was received from the concerned Court only on 04.07.2023. Further, he submits that the respondent police needs four more weeks to execute the Non-bailable Warrant.
