ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition to produce the detenues, by name Nageshwari and Sivabharathi, who are all his wife and daughter, respectively.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing on 14.05.2025, the respondents were directed to produce the detenues before this Court on 15.05.2025.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks further time to produce the detenues. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondents are directed to produce the detenues before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate on or before 27.05.2025. 2/4

5.In view of the above direction, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
