O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.10 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation since prima facie materials available as against the petitioner they filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil and the same was taken on file in C.C. No.60 of 2022.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the knowledge of the Court that already interim stay was granted for filing final report, however the respondent police filed final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and no materials available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report and to file contempt petition if he is aggrieved by the acts of the respondent in accordance with law.
