The petitioner herein appears to be the victim of job racketing. The petitioner has given a complaint before the fifth respondent. W.P.(MD)No.14671 of 2020 makes out a case of cognizable offence then FIR has to be registered. If no cognizable offence is made out then petition/enquiry must be closed and the result of the enquiry must the intimated to the petitioner so that he can take further action as per law.
