The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2016 in C.S.R.No.265 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed, since both the parties during enquiry have represented that the dispute among themselves has been settled. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
