Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is said to be a victim of job racketing. The petitioner has given a complaint dated 18.10.2019. It appears that the very same accused adopting the very same modus operandi had cheated similarly placed individuals also. If based on their complaint the police have registered an FIR, the petitioner's statement can be recorded under Section 161 of Cr.P.C. and included in the said case also.
