Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
2. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
