Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that on his patta land, an electric pole has been installed. It is further alleged that the overhead line is illegally drawn on the petitioner's land. The petitioner wants the same to be removed.

3. The second respondent is directed to hold an enquiry in this regard. He will issue notice to all the interested parties. Final order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
