O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2017 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a time frame.

2.Mr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2017 in accordance with law.

3.Mr.P.Dharmaraj, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the first respondent is the competent authority and he will pass orders on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

4.Heard Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 and perused the materials available on records.

5.Considering the nature of the prayer sought in this writ petition and also considering the submissions made on either side, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2017 and pass orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the order copy, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the necessary parties, if any.
