Mrs.J.Padmavathy Devi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the property in S.F.No.290/1B1, to an extant of 018.5 Hectares situated at Kakoor Group, Muthukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District based on the representation dated 01.11.2018.

4.It is seen from the representation submitted by the petitioner that no enclosure was attached. If the petitioner submits all the documents through which he claiming patta before the concerned authorities to establish his case and if the concerned authorities are satisfied, they can call for an enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
