ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation of the Petitioner's complaint dated 04.05.2023 from the file of the 2nd respondent to some other agencies for further action and other reliefs to be done within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents No.1 and 2 would submit based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted. Due to non co-operation of the petitioner, the above said 2/4

enquiry could not be completed or concluded.

3. The officer of the second respondent is present before this Court and stated that the respondent Police visited the petitioner's address given in the complaint twice, but he is not available in that address, but his family members are available. Through phone call also intimation was sent to the petitioner, but inspite of that, he did not turn up.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on or before 19.06.2023, failing which, the above said complaint may be closed by the second respondent Police.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original petition stands disposed of.
