ORDER

The petition is filed by the wife praying to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.51 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Sirkali, Nagapattinam District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she is now residing at Sirkali along with her parents within the jurisdiction of the Subordinate Court, Sirkali and the petitioner being an 85% disabled women unable to travel from Sirkali to Pudukkottai for hearing.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on the following terms:

The H.M.O.P.No.51 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai, is withdrawn and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Sirkali, Nagapattinam District. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 24.07.2024 NCC:Yes/No Index: Yes/No Rmk
