[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The complaint filed by the second respondent before the State Human Rights Commission is under challenge in this writ petition. The only ground urged is that the State Human Rights Commission has no jurisdiction to entertain the said complaint.

2. It is open to the petitioner to raise the issue of jurisdiction before the State Human Rights Commission itself. Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be used to scuttle the enquiries. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
