Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take necessary action against fourth respondent and to prevent from playing cone shaped loud speaker in high decible of sound in his premises at Valappakudi Village, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District, by considering petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2016 within the period as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent from using cone shaped loud speaker in high decibel sound in the place mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.It is seen from the records that on 13.10.2016, the petitioner has given a representation with regard to alleged activities of the fourth respondent, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the third respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Maruvoor Police Station, Thanjavur District is directed to look into the representation dated 13.10.2016 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and proceed further in accordance with law.
