ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in Cr.M.P.No.2850 of 2022 on 10.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner was not in a position to arrange surety within a time stipulated by the Court and automatically, it was lapsed. 3.The petitioner may file extension of time petition before the concerned court. Without availing the opportunity, straightaway filed the second anticipatory bail petition before this Court, which is not permissible under law.
