O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection on the basis of the representation dated 05.08.2021.

2. On the previous occasion on 22.09.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and later, he sent e-mail stating that no further action is required on his representation. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11661 of 2021 however, the learned counsel for the petitioner who appeared on that date has submitted that he has not sent any such e-mail. Therefore a direction was issued to the learned counsel for the petitioner to get the detail about the e-mail ID and other particulars. On that ground it is listed today under the caption ''for dismissal'''.

3. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Since already the petitioner has sent the e-mail stating that no action is required on the petitioner's complaint/representation, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this petition deserves dismissal and the same is dismissed.
