This Writ Petition is directed against the show cause notice, dated 15.07.2021 issued by the second respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,09.07.2024), the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that in pursuance of the show cause notice, final order came to be passed on 04.08.2023; that the Board after expiry of period was dissolved and that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2/4

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
