ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody on 28.12.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under section 392 of IPC, in Crime No.565 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that a case has been registered against this petitioner in Crime No.565 of 2021. He would further submit that the investigation has been competed and Final report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Karur, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.33 of 2022 and trial also commenced.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karur to expedite the trial and dispose of the case on merits and in accordance with law.
