ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent to comply with the order made in Crl.M.P.No.2632 of 2022,, dated 12.05.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Theni and to enquire the case and register FIR within a stipulated time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the above order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Additional Mahila Court, Theni in Crl.M.P.No.2632 of 2022, dated 12.05.2022 will be complied with by the 1st respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
