O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2018 and 27.11.2018 and to issue regularization orders, regularizing the services of the petitioner in the post of Professional Assistant, Grade III on regular basis.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has sent representations dated 09.08.2018 and 27.11.2018, for regularization of his service, rendered in the third respondent College during the year 2015 to 2018 and since the same have not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the representations of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.08.2018 and 27.11.2018 on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
