ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.04.2025, Mr.Palanivelayutham, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent represented that the Consumer Complaint No.31 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent/District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Tirunelveli had been withdrawn. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought time for verification. Hence, I posted the matter today i.e., on 09.04.2025.

2. Today, when the matter was called, Mr.Palanivelayutham has produced an order copy of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Tirunelveli to the effect that the Consumer Complaint No.31 of 2019 was dismissed as withdrawn on 03.04.2024.

3. As the complaint itself has been withdrawn, nothing survives for further adjudication of this Court. The Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
