ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application seeking patta in Survey in S.Nos.188/13B and 188/14B of Ilayangudi Village on 11.04.2023 and has filed this writ petition for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct enquiry and to grant patta by considering his application dated 11.04.2023.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that now a days applications have to be submitted only through online mode and if the petitioner submits his application through online with relevant documents, it would be considered within a period of four weeks.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the petitioner is permitted to make online application along with relevant documents within a 2/4

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such application, the respondents shall consider it and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks therefrom.

4.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
